Mr. Davidson is Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for College Yard Investments. He leads fund raising efforts for company sponsored investments, fosters and manages wholesale capital raising relationships, and collaborates with Financial Advisors, CPAs, and accredited investors on equity placements in Delaware Statutory Trusts (DST) and other real estate-focused private placement programs. He supports a nationwide syndicate of FINRA Registered Representatives on matters related to compliance, offering due diligence, investor education, suitability analysis, and investor outreach and communication.

Mr. Davidson is a member of the firm’s investment committee and is responsible for the execution of firm-wide growth and investment strategies that align with investor objectives.  

Mr. Davidson began his career in construction and commercial lending, first providing on-site project management and oversight for a large public works contractor. He then spent six years with Lehman Brothers before transitioning to a boutique lender offering specialized commercial loan products to small businesses. With his two decades of experience, Brad’s expertise includes process improvement, devising creative solutions, and a keen awareness of the importance of people, risk mitigation, financial analysis, credit underwriting, and tax deferral strategies (including the use of IRC Section 1031).

An alumnus of Utah State University, Brad earned both a B.A. in Economics from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and a B.A. in Liberal Arts & Sciences. He holds FINRA series 22, 65 and 63 licenses. He is an active member of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA).

Brad enjoys cycling, pickleball, basketball, and other sports. He has served as both a head  coach and assistant coach for AYSO soccer teams for nearly 10 years. He was raised on a family farm in Western Canada and now resides with his wife and three children in Orange County, California.
